To build the House, and in order to maximize resources, taken into account from the orientation, thermal insulation, to the incorporation of alternative energy and thewaste for subsequent recycling.
With regard to the materials used we looked for those who have been made with recycled products that are recyclable or friendly with the environment.
Its 24 m2 of surface are distributed in a living room, a kitchen, dining room, a bathroom and a bedroom wall that it transforms in office. It also has a vertical garden made of Spanish moss that feeds on the humidity of the environment and of the Sun and plants and other species, like the cactus, which demand very few natural resources and easily adapt to any terrain.
The container homes has a system of photovoltaic solar panels and a water reuse system. As for thermal and insulating materials, the cockpit has a system of thermal insulationof glass wool that covers the entire interior veneer surface. The enclosures are airtight, which allows to maximize the resources of cooling and heating. All lighting is designed with Leds, resulting in substantial energy savings. The inside of the container is covered with plates of recycled leather and wood panels that meet the European sustainability standard E-1. The outside of the House is painted with enamel water, anew technology that meets all standards LEED (Leadership in environment & Energy Design). Technology integrated in the project allows to maximize resources electrical and thus save energy.
